A gentle reminder that the launch of the new electronic edition of the Western Australian Law Libraries union list is being held tomorrow at its original intended location. Where:  The London Room of The George, 216 St Georges Terrace When:  7.15 - 9.15 am, Thursday 31st January 2019 RSVPs closed last week, but if you missed out do not despair as we will have relevant information on how to subscribe up here soon. 

At the ALLA(WA) Christmas breakfast there was some discussion regarding business librarians in WA. Murdoch University hosts the ANZacBusLibs discussion list that is used by Australian and New Zealand business librarians in the corporate, government and academic sectors. The email anzacbuslibs@lists.murdoch.edu.au is used to send a message to all members of the list.

The WALL database replaces the union list of serial holdings within the state of Western Australia, and will be made available to subscribers this year. The WALL will offer the capability for its subscribers to discover holdings of legal materials held within Western Australia and to request document delivery and inter-library loans. The WALL is coming!
