fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Librarian based in our Perth
office.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced
librarian with a demonstrated ability to provide superior quality legal and
business research in a local and national team environment.
Qualifications in Library & Information Management
or Knowledge Management are essential and experience in a legal or corporate
environment is desirable.
Your duties will include...
· Reference/research support to the
library's clients across Australia
· Subject specialisation and/or
practice group liaison
· Promotion of library services and
resources
· Participation in library team
projects as required
· Training staff in research skills and
databases
You will need to...
· demonstrate a strong commitment to
excellent client service
· have a thorough knowledge of legal
and business research resources and strategies
· have excellent written and oral
communication skills
· have strong IT skills and be prepared
to learn new technologies
· share a commitment to a team culture
and performance
· have the ability to work within a
distributed team environment as well as autonomously
